HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE JOCKCHAT.COM NETWORK?
Joining the Jockchat.com Network is a very quick and secure process. By clicking on the Join Now icon you will be sent to a secured membership sign up page for the first phase. At this step, simply fill in your choice of username, e-mail address, and password. This only grants you access to certain aspects of the network. Full access to model private shows requires tokens.
A MEMBERSHIP ON THE JOCKCHAT.COM NETWORK IS FREE.
Your card is not charged any hidden or membership fees to be a member of Jockchat.com. All customers must be 18 years or older to view content on this site.

WHY IS MY TOKEN PURCHASE ON HOLD? HOW DO I GET MY TOKENS ACTIVATED?
More then likely you have a message attached to your new Jockchat.com membership or an e-mail has been sent regarding your purchase through CCBill. You may need to contact customer support to open verify the problem, to minimize the potential of internet fraud or unauthorized usage of customers debit or credit card we do a three tiered verification process:

HOW DO I CHANGE INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT?
As a customer after you log in click the "Profile" button at the top, you are also able to change information such as the "Auto Fill Payment Page" , e-mail address, , Screen name, Password.

HOW DO I MAKE A TOKEN PURCHASE?
Once your account is activated, logon and click on the link for "Add Funds ". On this page, select the amount of tokens that you would like to purchase, then you will be asked which payment organization you would like to use that we offer.(CCBill, Epassporte, Cheque or Money Order) Fill out the required Credit Card info and submit for token purchase. You will be prompted with whether or not the purchase was approved or declined. If the page times out, it is possible that a firewall, anti virus, or popup blocker program has blocked the cookie that we have tried to send to your computer and didn't allow the purchase.

ARE THERE ALTERNATE WAYS TO PURCHASE TOKENS OTHER THAN A CREDIT CARD?
As a customer, you have more than one option of purchasing tokens. Credit Cards are the most standard form, however we do also offer online check purchases. Also, you may send money orders for tokens. I CANNOT REMEMBER MY USERNAME AND/OR PASSWORD. WHAT CAN I DO?
If you can not remember your password you can click this link HERE and your password will be e-mailed to the address that was entered on the membership information page. You are more then welcome to also contact customer support at any time and they would be able to provide you with that information. If this link is not working, please contact customer support so that we can verify your information. If however you have forgotten your user name and password you would need to call customer support to obtain the information. The support staff will need to verify the information provided so that we can ensure that no fraudulent activity happens on our network and our customers information remains safe.

HOW DOES THE BANK AND WALLET FEATURE WORK?
This feature is only available on Peekshows.com, Customers are not able to transfer tokens From Jockchat to Peekshows.com and vice versa.

HOW DO I GET A SHOW WITH A MODEL?
Once you have tokens and would like to get a private show, please login, and click on the "Who's Live Now" link. Choose the model that you would like to get a show with here. You can also get a show with a model from her nude chat room, by clicking on the link in her room labeled "Show Details ". You will be prompted for which type of show you want to get. Private Show, Semi Private Show, or Voyeur Show.

HOW WILL MY CHARGES SHOW UP ON MY STATEMENTS, AND WHO CAN I CONTACT WITH A BILLING DISPUTE?
When you make a credit card purchase on the network it will not show up as Jockchat.com, instead it will display "CCBill Rhythm Produ" on your credit card statement. TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

IS AOL COMPATIBLE WITH THE JOCKCHAT.COM NETWORK?
There may be a chance you will have problems receiving video, chat, and/or getting shows. If you are using AOL, an easy way to avoid complications is to MINIMIZE AOL, and access the website using Microsoft Internet Explorer. To minimize AOL, look in the upper right hand corner you will see an X icon, a square icon, and an underscore _ icon. Click on the underscore to minimize AOL. Once this is done, on your desktop, or in your Start Menu, look for a blue E labeled 'Internet Explorer'. Open Internet Explorer and access our website using this program.

I RECEIVE THE MESSAGE 'CONNECTION TO SERVER LOST' WHEN GOING INTO YOUR CHAT ROOMS?
Upon joining a models room, if you receive the message "CONNECTION TO SERVER LOST", or if you are unable to view certain pages please read the following...
We are aware of a problem that has been disconnecting users from the chat rooms and giving this message, and we are currently working on a solution to this problem, however, there are a few steps that you can take to minimize how frequently this happens.
First, refreshing the page a few times will switch the server that you are connecting to, possibly allowing you to bypass this problem.
Secondly, try clearing your temporary Internet files. This will clear information from previous webpages such as pictures and content stored on your computer. You can do this by following these easy steps:
a. Click the start button on the lower left hand of your screen. Now click settings, then control panel.
b. Choose the icon that says Internet options, this will bring up the Internet options menu.
c. Towards the bottom of this menu, you will see a history section. This option allows you to limit the number of days you keep web sites on your pull down menu. Keep this at a minimum of 4 days.
d. Next, click the button delete files. Make sure you check the box that reads delete all off line content. Do the same with cookies, if that option is available.
Once this is done, please close all browser windows and restart the browser.
If you still receive this message every time you attempt to login to the chat rooms, you are most likely using a firewall, anti virus, or popup blocker program that is blocking the connection that the Jockchat.com Network is trying to make to your computer. As a test, please disable these programs and see if you can then get into the chat rooms. Also, connections at hotel or work related establishments may have their network security settings set too high to be able to view the content that our website delivers.
3.
WHAT BROWSERS ARE SUPPORTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Currently, the browser we recommend, is Microsoft Internet Explorer. This browser comes standard with almost all computers. Netscape Navigator also usually works problem free, but you may run into problems receiving private shows. Browsers such as Safari, Mozilla, Firebird, Opera, and Conquer, may not have the java sources available to receive video on our website. You may be able to adjust the settings yourself to receive it, but this is only recommended for experienced users. We cannot support problems using these browsers.
For Mac OS users, we recommend using the newest version of Internet Explorer that comes standard with newer Macintosh Computers. Older Macintosh users may need to download Netscape Communicator, versions 4.7 and above.

I GET THE MESSAGE "FORBIDDEN" WHEN I LOGIN TO THE WEBSITE?
If you receive the message "Forbidden" when you try to logon to the website, you are either using AOL to access our website, or you have entered your Username and or Password incorrectly too many times. If you are using AOL to access our website, please minimize AOL, and access our website through Internet Explorer. If you are using Internet Explorer and still receive this error message, please contact us 866-926-7969 or international use skype.com or e-mail customerservice@jockchat.com so that we can go over your account information with you.

I AM UNABLE TO RECEIVE VIDEO OR CHAT IN ANY OF THE MODELS ROOMS?
If you are experiencing problems receiving video or chat in the models rooms the most likely cause is a firewall, anti virus, or popup blocker program. These programs can block the ports that our website tries to stream video through to your computer. Please as a test, disable these programs and see if you can then receive video. If this does not work you may need to re-download Java. To download Java, please visit Java Sun's Website. You can download Java here. Or the models have blocked you from thier area.
5.
I WAS KICKED FROM A MODELS ROOM, WHY IS THIS?
If you were kicked from a models room, either the model or an administrator found your behavior offensive, and removed your name from the room to prevent abuse to the model. Being kicked will prevent you from chatting with the models, most likely you will get one warning. Models control the mood of their rooms and have the ability to kick you from their room if they find your behavior rude. If the behavior is extreme enough, the model can request that you be banned from the website. If you feel that their actions, or an administrators actions were unjust, please contact our customer service department with details of the event so that we can help look into the problem. As a general rule however, please try to treat the models with respect and common courtesy to prevent these problems.
6.
I GET SENT TO GOOGLE.COM WHEN I TRY TO LOGIN TO THE WEBSITE?
If you login to the website and it sends you to www.google.com, this means you have been banned from our website. Either an administrator or model found your behavior in the chat offensive enough to remove your access to the website. We usually have a detailed record of why this occurred, and if you feel this action was unjust, please contact our customer service department so that we can assist you with the problem. Your account can be unbanned provided the reason for being banned was not extreme enough, but if you have previous history of being banned on the website you will not be allowed back.
7.
WHEN I TRY TO VIEW A MODELS GALLERY IMAGES, I GET A RED X OR OTHER ERROR?
If you are trying to view a models gallery Images and the images are not displaying correctly, the most likely cause for this is a firewall, anti virus, or popup blocker program. These images act similar to a "popup" and some programs might stop the images from being displayed on your computer. Please as a test disable any programs you have that might be blocking popups or cookies, and try once more. If this does not fix your problem, please contact our customer service department so that we can assist you with this problem.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY ACCOUNT BALANCE?
Your account information can be accessed by clicking the My Account link at the top of the page.
2.
WILLTHE PERFORMERS DO ANYTHING I WANT IN A PRIVATE SHOW?
Each performer decides what they are willing to do. Ask them in free chat if they are willing to do what you request before going in Private chat. The minimum requirement is "Full Nudity" in a private show. The minimum requirement in semi private is topless. Please be aware of the customer site rules Click Here

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE CONNECTION IS INTERRUPTED DURING A PRIVATE SHOW?
Customers are only charged for Private shows when there is an active connection. Since our servers send live video to your browser it checks every second for a response from your chat window. If the system establishes there is a connection it deducts from your account accordingly. If there is no response from your browser then the Private show is over and nothing is deducted.

WHAT IS "CAM to CAM" AND HOW DO I USE IT?
When you enter a private chat room only will this option be available. Under the video of the model click the share webcam icon. The model will have an option to view your web cam and hear your microphone. Please make sure there are no other persons or animals within view of the camera other then the credit card verified member. Please review the terms and conditions link listed below which displays customer rules and regulations.

Refund Policy

Jockchat.com and its affilates has a No-refunds Policy. All sales are final. However, under extraordinary circumstances, we will consider and only grant tokens in the form of tokens to compensate for a specific loss that is reported within 24 hours.
