Any site that is not Jockchat.com is prohibited from discussion anywhere on the Jockchat Network.
Attempting to communicate with or meet models from within Jockchat.com through methods other than those provided to you by Jockchat.com is considered an attempt to engage in the act of prostitution. Prostitution is against the law and not condoned nor tolerated on Jockchat.com.
VIOLATION OF THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN MODELS TERMINATION AS WELL AS TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT!

2) Respect The Models And Admins

Do not abuse the models or admins. VIOLATION OF THIS RULE MAY RESULT IN ACCOUNT TERMINATION!

3) Agree to the Terms and Conditions

All customers must agree to and abide by the rules on this page as well as the Jockchat.com Terms of Service.

YOUR ACCOUNT MAY BE TERMINATED IF ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES ARE BROKEN!!!

Our models have rules they must follow as well, your account will be terminated for in any way asking a model to do any of the forbidden acts listed below:

1) No E-Mail Addresses

Off-Site Communication with customers is prohibited.
DO NOT exchange E-mail addresses, or instant messenger ID's with ANY customer in Free OR Private chats.
Models can utilize our private messaging system to contact their customers.
Any offsite communication leading to personal contact is at a minimum considered attempted prostitution. This is taken very seriously as it is not just the breaking of a rule, but breaking of the law which can lead to jail time.
Violating this rule will result in model termination!!

2) One Girl In One Room

Models can only appear in the video of a room which they are assigned to.
If the model username is assisgned to a single model, ONLY THAT MODEL MAY APPEAR IN THAT ROOM.
If the model username is assigned to two girls as a two girl room, only the models who are assigned to each individual username may appear in that room.
Violation of this rule will result in the model's room being closed and deactivated IMMEDIATELY, and termination for multiple offenses.

3) No Pissing

No urination on camera, No Exceptions!!

4) No Defecation

Models Cannot defecate, crap, shit ( whatever you want to call it ) on camera!!

5) No Fisting

While any finger is inserted into a bodily orifice the thumb cannot also be inserted!!

6) No Animals

There are to be No animals ever, within the cameras view!!

7) No one Under 18

There is not ever to be anyone under 18 within the cameras view!!

8) No Advertising In Chat

No giving of URL's ( www.anywhere.com )
No enticing customers to pay for services on any system besides peekshows!!

9) No Solicitation

Prostitution is illegal in most all places.
Soliciting Prostitution on the Jockchat network is not allowed!!

10) No Bondage

At any time there is more that 1 model within the cameras view, neither one of the models can be tied up, handcuffed, chained, shackled, strapped, or in any way restrained!!

11) No Drugs

The use or display of any drugs, weapons or other items that are considered illegal in the province of British Columbia, Canada or the location that the models video is broadcast from are forbidden to be used or displayed in any fashion within the cameras view!!

12) No Multiple Chats

Jockchat.com does not allow the simultaneous broadcasting to multiple free chat sites.
Models broadcasting to any free or multiuser chat while online at Jockchat.com will be closed, password changed, and details of the instance fowarded to the owner of the studio/ sister site. Be advised that the model's room will also be closed if the model does not participate in the conversation, and/or do not appear in the video for any length of time.

13) No Self Mutilation

Models may not cut, maim, lacerate or in any other way inflict possible life threatening harm to themselves or another model within the cameras view.

14)No Incest

There is to be no incest to take place on camera no matter if it is real or fake, nor is there to ever be any mention of incest. IT IS ILLEGAL!!!

IF A MODEL/CUSTOMER BREAKS ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES, THAT MODEL/CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MAY BE TERMINATED!!!
